We rarely make clothes with a Chinese-style flair, so this is a new attempt for us. Although it's a style we don't often pursue, we emphasize quality even more in its presentation. We put a lot of thought into selecting the fabric. The first batch of fabric we received was just ordinary polyester velvet, which didn't meet our expectations in terms of texture or glossiness. So, we switched to a fabric with a base of mulberry silk and embellished with embroidered velvet, and the feel of it was completely different when we got it. It's soft and comfortable, like touching a cloud.

To match such superior fabric, we upgraded the lining to copper ammonia silk, which is rare and high-quality due to the scarcity of raw materials. There are many ready-made brocade trims on the market, but their quality is mediocre at best. So, we had craftsmen use high-quality satin fabric to handcraft each green border. Although it was more laborious and time-consuming, it significantly elevated the overall level of detail.

We deliberately chose rhinestone buttons for the front closure and increased the spacing between the buttons. The dropped shoulders and short design make the garment look more airy. These youthful design elements make the Chinese-style outfit more relaxed and less old-fashioned."
